My name is Sydney Nash and I am the owner of Squid Property Services.

Hello, my name is Sydney Nash and  I have a history of property management with The Property PA and a family run business. I created Squid Property Services on International Women's Day in 2023. My brother Sonnie calls me Squid as a nickname and I thought it would suit my company perfectly.

MY SERVICES

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS

I will contact the tenant(s) and arrange a time to attend the property. I will compile photos into a professional report using Inventory Hive which will highlight any maintenance issues raised and send to yourself.

CHECKOUT REPORTS

This is a thorough report compiled with multiple pictures showing the condition the previous tenant(s) left the property in. I will write detailed descriptions of every room and get 360 photos of every room. This report will highlight any damage or poor cleanliness.

INVENTORY

This is a great way to report the condition of your property before a tenant moves in. I will write a detailed description of every room alongside photos featuring 360 photos and send for the tenant(s) to sign.

CHECK INS

I meet the tenant(s) at the property, hand over the keys and make sure they are happy and know where everything is. Alongside this, I will check the Fire  Alarms, and CO Alarm if present, in their presence so they know they are working.

CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS

Any room used as living accommodation that contains a fixed combustion appliance (excluding gas cookers), must be equipped with a carbon monoxide alarm. I supply and fit CO Alarms, where required.
